Our One-Year Limited Warranty service system is designed to provide you with the maximum protection and allow us to operate efficiently to provide faster service to all homeowners. When you purchase a Copper Basin home we will automatically schedule 2 standard non-emergency warranty appointments during the warranty period – the first appointment will be scheduled after 30 days of living in your new home and the second at 11-months – to address any non-homeowner maintenance items that require service by either our warranty department or one of our subcontractors.
You can relax knowing that your new Copper Basin home is covered for any repairs outside of normal maintenance and for major structural defects. We can offer you this assurance because we use only high-quality building materials and industry best-practice construction techniques. We also carefully screen select suppliers and sub-contractors who share our high-standard of excellence.
Copper Basin’s One-Year Limited Warranty program – backed by our in-house service department – proudly warrants your new home to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. You'll have the peace of mind and security knowing that if a defect occurs in any item covered by our warranty, Copper Basin will repair or replace the item to meet or exceed the Customer Care Guidelines provided to you at the time of sale.
