Q: Once I choose a floor plan model, do I have any other options?
A: Many floor plans have several different options that you can customize to meet your needs. Part of the process includes a time for you to make your structural and finish selections. First by choosing options that may effect your foundation and structure such as room extensions, fireplaces, and ceiling vaults, etc., and then you have the opportunity to make color and interior selections choices like flooring and cabinets.
Q: What kind of warranty will I receive with my new home?
A: Your new home comes with a One-Year Limited Warranty. If anything covered under warranty ever fails to meet your expectations, a quick call to our in-house service department is all you'll need to do have the problem fixed!
Q: Is a new home better than an older home?
A: Yes, because according to the National Association of Home Builders, newer windows, efficient heating & cooling equipment, and greater use of insulation means that new homes can consume half as much energy as homes built prior to 1980. Older homes tend to be more costly to own and less comfortable to live in.

A: Yes, according to the National Association of Home Builders, new homes are often much safer than older homes since new homes have hard-wired smoke detectors that operate even when the power goes out.
