Copper Basin Construction stands behind every home and condominium we build. Your new home is covered by our One-Year Limited Warranty for any repairs outside of normal maintenance and for major structural defects.
Providing warranty service for a new home is more complicated than for other products. When you purchased your home, you actually purchased hundreds of items and the work of 35 to 50 independent trade contractors. With so many details and people involved, a planned system is essential.
Our warranty service system is designed based on your written report of non-emergency items. These items will be addressed during our 2 standard non-emergency warranty appointments. This provides you with the maximum protection and allows us to operate efficiently, thereby providing faster service to all homeowners.

Emergency Warranty Repairs
While emergency warranty situations are rare, when they occur, prompt response is essential. If at any time you have an emergency warranty item and it is during the course of regular business hours we would suggest that you contact our office immediately at:

- NOTE: Emergency reports are the ONLY service requests we can accept by phone.
